We prefer an initial inquiry by phone, email or letter telling us something about the project and prospective author. If emailing, then please address your inquiry to Mary Cunnane (mary@cunnaneagency.com) and copy Christine Poulton (christine@cunnaneagency.com).
Please do not send files in excess of 10 megabytes. If we are interested, we will ask you to send the entire manuscript along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope sufficiently large to post the manuscript back to you. We strive to read and respond within 4-6 weeks of receipt of the manuscript.
Our server and Hotmail accounts do not work well together, so please try to avoid such accounts.
If you are a publishing novice and would like guidance about how literary agents and book publishers operate, we strongly suggest you contact the Australian Society of Authors at www.asauthors.org and/or the Writers' Centre in the state in which you reside for advice.
